The four main elements are Earth, Wind, Water, and Fire. Each element reflects its own unique characteristics. Earth is solid and stable... Wind is flowing and travels erratically... Water is fluid and adapts to anything... Fire is fierce and destroys on contact... All of these traits can be seen in the martial arts, and combining them embodies the 5th element.

At 5th Element Martial Arts Studio, our martial arts style encompasses a broad spectrum of techniques from a number of different kinds of martial arts. You will learn a wide range of skills, such as striking, grappling, joint manipulation, pressure points, self defense, stick-fighting, sword, and nunchuku.
 
Classes
At 5th Element Martial Arts Studio, classes are taught in a friendly atmosphere. Our goal is to have fun while working hard to learn martial arts techniques. We play upbeat music in the background that will pump you up and excite you to train harder. It’s a great high--energy environment where you won’t get bored because a typical class will cover five or six different martial arts styles that range from boxing to weaponry, such as nunchuku.
